Unless im missing something we scheduled for 5pm him so 11pm mine, he messaged me and midnight my time after i told him i could do no more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Please do let me know if i got something wrong but I've double checked and im pretty sure I'm right and so this would not be an act (?)
