AG Swords Dance Zacian-C [DONE]

[OVERVIEW]
Thanks to Zacian-C's high base Attack backed by Intrepid Sword, it cements itself as one of the strongest physical attackers in the metagame. Its excellent typing allows it to block Dragon-type attacks from Eternatus, Koraidon, and Miraidon; resist Extreme Speed from Arceus; and be immune to Toxic Spikes. However, Zacian-C is checked by multiple defensive Pokemon, most notably Necrozma-DM and Arceus-Ground, as they can take its attacks and force it to switch out. Furthermore, Calyrex-S is a huge threat because of its high Special Attack and Speed, being able to KO Zacian-C after minor chip damage. Choice Scarf Koraidon is also a threat, as it can OHKO Zacian-C with Flare Blitz.

[SET]
Swords Dance (Zacian-Crowned) @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Dark / Fighting
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough / Behemoth Blade
- Wild Charge
- Crunch / Close Combat

[SET COMMENTS]
Play Rough OHKOes Koraidon and Miraidon and 2HKOes Ting-Lu. Alternatively, Behemoth Blade is another high damage STAB move that has 100% accuracy and can hit most Pokemon for neutral damage, such as Arceus-Ground and Eternatus, while doing super effective damage to Arceus-Fairy. Wild Charge hits Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Arceus-Water, OHKOing or doing major damage to them after Zacian-C uses Swords Dance. Crunch and Close Combat deal with Necrozma-DM, with the former also threatening Calyrex-S and the latter hitting Ting-Lu for Behemoth Blade sets and OHKOing Arceus. Tera Dark boosts Crunch's damage to let it break through Necrozma-DM more easily and prevents Zacian-C from getting 2HKOed by Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage. Tera Fighting increases the damage of Close Combat, which lets Zacian-C OHKO defensive Arceus formes at +3.

Zacian-C struggles with Calyrex-S, which outspeeds it and threatens it with Astral Barrage, so Arceus and special walls such as Ho-Oh and Ting-Lu are needed to help check Calyrex-S. It is also weak to Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, so it appreciates teammates that can either outspeed or outprioritize threats, such as Extreme Killer Arceus, Choice Scarf Koraidon, and Choice Scarf Calyrex-S. Bulky walls such as various Arceus formes can also help with Koraidon. Due to Necrozma-DM's high Defense stat, Zacian-C often struggles to break through it, so special attackers like Calyrex-S, Miraidon, Kyogre, and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground are good options to help deal with it. Multiple layers of Spikes significantly hinder Zacian-C's longevity, making it easier for revenge killers to KO it, so Taunt users like Deoxys-S on hyper offense and various Arceus formes can be useful to have on the team. Other good teammates include physical attackers such as Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, Necrozma-DM, and Swords Dance Koraidon because they can help wear down the checks they share with Zacian-C, allowing them to break through walls more easily.

Substitute is a niche option that can take advantage of Eternatus and Pokemon Choice-locked into Dragon-type moves, allowing Zacian-C to set up without interruption. Substitute isn't the best choice for Zacian-C though, as losing important coverage moves like Wild Charge and Crunch lets it get walled by checks such as Necrozma-DM, Ho-Oh, and defensive Arceus formes. Tera Fire is a niche option that grants Zacian-C an immunity to burn from Ho-Oh and defensive Arceus formes such as Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy while also allowing it to resist Ho-Oh's Sacred Fire and Koraidon's Flare Blitz. However, Tera Fire makes Zacian-C weak to Stealth Rock, allowing Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S and priority users in Arceus to revenge kill it with ease. An alternate EV spread of 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe allows Zacian-C to outspeed both Koraidon and Miraidon, with the remaining EVs being put into HP, allowing it to survive an Earthquake from Necrozma-DM at -1 and making it harder for Calyrex-S to revenge kill it. However, this EV spread might struggle against opposing Zacian-C with maximum Speed and offensive Necromza-DM, so it is not always the best choice.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Necrozma-DM**: Physically defensive Necrozma-DM is one of the most common checks to Zacian-C, as it resists both of Zacian-C's main STAB moves and has moves like Earthquake and Sunsteel Strike that can potentially 2HKO it back.

**Revenge Killers**: Calyrex-S, as well as Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Miraidon, are able to outspeed Zacian-C. Calyrex-S can brute force its way through Zacian-C with Astral Barrage after minor chip damage or a Close Combat Special Defense drop, Koraidon is able to OHKO Zacian-C with Flare Blitz, and Miraidon 2HKOes Zacian-C with Electro Drift.

**Defensive Arceus Formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Water and Arceus-Ground can be a problem for Zacian-C, as they can take hits from it and reliably heal themselves with Recover while also threatening it with Judgment or Will-O-Wisp.

[OVERVIEW]
With its 150 base Attack along with the ability Intrepid Sword, Zacian-C is one of the strongest physical attackers. Its high speed allows it to outspeed all significant attackers except for Calyrex-S, allowing it to get hard hits in. You can say something like - "Thanks to Zacian-C's High Base Attack, backed by it's ability Intrepid Sword, it cements itself as one of the strongest physical attackers in the metagame Because of its ability, it usually shouldn't be switched out, meaning it could be weak to bulky setup sweepers like Necrozma-DM. Its excellent Fairy typing gives it immunity to Dragon-type attacks, meaning it can switch into Koraidon and Miraidon. This isn't very true as no Zacian is outright gonna switch in to either one of them like that. Also, its Steel typing allows it to resist Extreme Killer Arceus and makes it immune to Toxic Spikes. Mention what all one might need to consider before throwing it on a Team

[SET]
Swords Dance (Zacian-Crowned) @ Rusted Sword
Ability: Intrepid Sword
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Fighting / Electric / Dark Dark / Fighting / Electric I think dark is just the best Tera right now. You get resistance from Astral Barrage and are able to threaten NDM. I'll discuss once again with QC Team and let you know the correct order
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Behemoth Blade / Play Rough Play Rough / Behemoth Blade (just changed the order here since Play Rough hits everything Blade does)
- Wild Charge
- Close Combat / Crunch Crunch / Close Combat (Same reason, I think Crunch is a lot better and there's not much Extreme Killer omnipresent in the meta as DLC1 so Crunch first

[SET COMMENTS]
Behemoth Blade's high Base Power easily makes it Zacian-C's best STAB move that hits most Pokemon with neutral damage, Swap the order of Play Rough and Behemoth Blade though Play Rough is often the better choice for a STAB move, as it OHKOs Koraidon and, (Add Comma)Miraidon, and Ting-Lu with the former two being very omnipresent in the metagame. Wild Charge threatens lets Zacian-C hit past Ho-Oh, as well as Kyogre, (Add Comma) and Arceus-Water. Close Combat or (Edited it as per the order of the [SET]Crunch is used to deal with Necrozma-DM and Calyrex-S and Close Combat can also help helps with opposing Zacian-C if a set without Behemoth Blade is used no real need to mention this. As well as that, Close Combat OHKOs Arceus. Crunch is guaranteed to OHKO Calyrex-S, unlike Play Rough or Behemoth Blade. (You'd have this mentioned before)Tera Electric gives a chance for Wild Charge to OHKO physically defensive Ho-Oh and guarantees an OHKO against offensive or specially defensive Ho-Oh Mention Arceus-Water and Dondozo here. Also go into detail as to how Miraidon's Electric Terrain can really benefit it. Tera Fighting and Tera Dark boosts Close Combat and Crunch, which is especially useful for weakening Instead of "weakening", mention the calcs Crunch has with +2 and +3Necrozma-DM. Another advantage of Tera Dark is that it resists Calyrex-S, allowing Zacian-C to survive an Astral Barrage without losing much HP before hitting back Mention that it avoids getting 2HKO'D. Having max Speed allows it to outspeed Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM even after +1 Speed, weakening or even KOing it before it gets a chance to set up.

Zacian-C is pretty weak to anything that outspeeds it, This makes it sound as a whole lot of attackers outspeed it, which is not true. It's the 2nd. fastest mon in the tier such as Calyrex-S, which can do a lot of damage with Astral Barrage, so special walls such as Ho-Oh or Ting-Lu, as well as Arceus because of its Normal typing, are very helpful. It is also weak to Pokemon with Choice Scarf Revenge Killers such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, (Add Comma) so it appreciates teammates that can either outspeed or outprioritize threats, such as Extreme Killer Arceus, Choice Scarf Koraidon, or Choice Scarf Miraidon. Calyrex-S Bulky walls such as? Give examples here can also help with this, as they can switch into attacks. Another threat is Necrozma-DM due to its high Defense, Zacian-C often struggles to break through it, so special attackers like Calyrex-S or and (you're giving possible options, not just one option. so it should be and. Miraidon would be important teammates. Also, because Zacian-C cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, Spikes stacking takes out a lot of HP when switching in, significantly hinders Zacian-C's longevity, (Add Comma) making it easier for fast Revenge Killers to kill Zacian, so Taunt users can be useful to have on the team.

Trailblaze is an option for boosting Zacian-C's Speed, allowing it to outspeed Calyrex-S, as well as Choice Scarf Koraidon and Choice Scarf Miradon, meaning it can KO them before they attack. Go with something like "Trailbaze is a niche option that allows Zacian-C to outspeed (all the mons you write here) at +2 However, Zacian-C needs 3 useful attacking moves plus Swords Dance to be viable in most cases, so the Speed boost is not usually not worth it. I don't like how this is worded. Probably mention why Zacian-C can't afford to run Trailbaze because of the important coverage it loses. Substitute is also a move that could work, a niche option that can work especially if your foe is a Koraidon or a Miraidon, as they might switch out and give you a free move, which means Zacian-C can Swords Dance and set up more easily. Unclear wording here, mention how Zacian can use Substitute on choiced locked Koraidon and maybe Calyrex But again, the Zacian-C prefers to have 3 attacking moves to let it hit most things without having to switch to a teammate, so any extra non-attacking moves could be a liability. This sounds quite casual. Go into the detail of the coverage it loses Tera Fire is an option that grants Zacian-C a burn immunity from burns Ho-Oh and Defensive Arceus-formes such as Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy while also allowing it to resist Ho-Oh’s Sacred Fire and Koraidon's Flare Blitz. However, it struggles against Necrozma-DM which can hit back with Earthquake, and it doesn't boost any attacking moves. It's already weak to Earthquake because of it's Steel typing, mention how Tera Fire can make it really weak to rocks An Alternate EV spread of 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe allows Zacian-C to outspeeds outspeed both Koraidon and Miraidon, but it might struggle against Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM, as Zacian-C cannot OHKO Necrozma-DM, and Necrozma-DM outspeeds after +1 Speed, so it can set up before OHKOing Zacian-C. This EV spread would also be weak against any opposing Zacian-C with max Speed, so it is not always the best choice. That sounds fine, but go into why 104 HP in particular helps with some defensive calcs

Checks and Counters
===================

**Necrozma-DM**: Necrozma-DM probably specify Physically Defensive Necrozma-DM here to be more specific is one of the most common checks to Zacian-C as it resists both of its main STAB moves, while also having moves like Earthquake that can hit back and deal a large amount of damage

**Calyrex-S**: Calyrex-S outspeeds Zacian-C and Astral Barrage hits very hard, so a matchup like this often requires Zacian-C to switch out.

**Choice Scarf users**: Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Miraidon would also be able to KO Zacian-C with their powerful STAB moves or Fire-type moves before Zacian-C has a chance to attack. No real need to mention scarf Miraidon here. Scarf Calyrex-S should definitely be mentioned as its much more common and lot more effective than scarf Miraidon. If you want to mention all three, your call.

**Ditto**: Ditto not only copies Zacian-C's stat boosts, but it also adds a +1 Attack upon Transform. Because Ditto is almost always holding a Choice Scarf, it would be able to outspeed and OHKO with Behemoth Blade or Close Combat.

**Phazers**: Phazers such as Ho-oh and Ting-Lu can remove the benefits how so? elaborate on that of Zacian-C's ability which could be annoying, but usually this can be dealt with by outright attacking them and putting them on low HP, thus putting you in a better position overall.
I think you should definitely mention bulky arceus formes such as water and ground

[OVERVIEW]
Thanks to Zacian-C's High Base Attack, backed by its ability Intrepid Sword, it cements itself as one of the strongest physical attackers in the metagame. Because of its ability, it usually shouldn't be switched out, meaning it could be weak to bulky setup sweepers like Necrozma-DM. No real need to really mention this Its excellent Fairy typing gives it immunity to Dragon-type attacks, meaning it can switch into Choice item Koraidon and Miraidon that has locked into a Dragon-type attack, allowing it to set up. This is not very true to be fair. Also that choice scarf Miraidon is really rare and well, bad for that matter. If you do want to mention about the setting up advantage, Eternatus acts as a setup fodder for Zacian, so mention that. Probably say something like "Thanks to its Steel and Fairy typing, Zacian is able to use Eternatus as a settup fodder. Probably pair this thing along with when you mention benefits of its Steel typing. Also, its Steel typing allows it to resist Extreme Speed from Arceus Killer Arceus and makes it immune to Toxic Spikes. Zacian-C is weak to many defensive Pokemon, most notably Necrozma-DM and Arceus-Ground (I think its worth mentioning since it struggles a lot with defensive groundy, as they can take Zacian-C's attacks and often forces it to switch out. Furthermore, Calyrex-S is also a huge threat because of its high Special Attack and Speed, (Add Comma) being able to break through Zacian-C after minor chip damage due to its high speed , as well as revenge killers such as Choice Scarf Koraidon. As well as that, Zacian-C often finds it difficult to switch in, so pivots a pivot like Koraidon and Miraidon can be useful teammates. This is fine, but you mentioned that Zacian struggles with Calyrex-S and Kora, so you must mention Ting-Lu and Ho-Oh which help to check them.

Play Rough is one of Zacian-C's best STAB moves, as it OHKOs Koraidon, Miraidon, and Ting-Lu with the former two being very omnipresent in the metagame. Play Rough is Zacian-C's most spammable STAB move, allowing it to OHKO Koraidon and Miraidon, and 2HKO Ting-Lu and doing neutral damage to Arceus-Water and Eternatus. I think its a good shout to mention both of them, but I'm leaving it up to you. Behemoth Blade is another high damage STAB move that can hit most Pokemon for neutral damage probably mention Terastallized Arceus-Water, Ground, and Ho-Oh. Can also mention Tera Fairy Miraidon., but it is often outclassed by Play Rough due to its inability to OHKO the previously mentioned threats. I mean this is fine, but like Behemoth Blade does great neutral damage so I think avoid this. Wild Charge lets Zacian-C hit past Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Arceus-Water. Mention the rolls at +2 here, no? Crunch is used to deal with Necrozma-DM and Calyrex-S and Close Combat helps with opposing Zacian-C. Close Combat also does help with Necrozma-DM, so convey that here itself. As well as that, Close Combat OHKOs Arceus. Tera Dark and Tera Fighting boosts Crunch and Close Combat, which is especially useful for dealing with Necrozma-DM, with both moves 2HKOing max Defense physically defensive Necrozma-DM after Tera and +2 Attack. Another advantage of Tera Dark is that it resists Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S, preventing Zacian-C from getting 2HKOed. Tera Electric gives a chance for Wild Charge to OHKO physically defensive Ho-Oh and guarantees an OHKO against offensive or specially defensive specially defensive ho-oh is not relevant, its just defensive and offensive Ho-Oh and Wild Charge at +2 lets Zacian-C OHKO Arceus-Water in Electric Terrain and 3HKO Dondozo. can help break through bulky Water-type Pokemon such as Arceus-Water and Dondozo. I think it's important to mention rolls here to help the reader understand better. With the ever-present Miraidon and its Electric Terrain, Wild Charge would get boosted even more, allowing Zacian-C to 2HKO all defensive Water-type Pokemon after Tera. I added this before in the sentence where you talk about Wild Charge Having max Speed allows it to outspeed Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM even after +1, weakening or even KOing it before it gets a chance to set up. I think when you talk about all the Tera types, definitely mention Zacian-C becoming weak to Toxic Spikes as well.

Zacian-C struggles with is pretty weak to Calyrex-S, as it outspeeds Zacian-C and can do a lot of damage threatens Zacian-C with Astral Barrage, so special walls such as Ho-Oh or Ting-Lu, as well as Arceus because of its Normal typing, are very helpful. Just mention - "Help check Calyrex-S" It is also weak to Revenge Killers Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, so it appreciates teammates that can either outspeed or outprioritize threats, such as Extreme Killer Arceus, Choice Scarf Koraidon, or Choice Scarf Calyrex-S. Bulky walls such as various Arceus formes and Ting-Lu can also help with this, as they can switch into attacks. Make it clear, what exactly do you refer to with "switch into attacks." Mention Ting-Lu helps with Calyrex-S, and Bulky Arc helps with Kora. Another threat is Necrozma-DM. Due to its high Defense stat, Zacian-C often struggles to break through it, so special attackers like Calyrex-S and Miraidon would be important teammates. help break through Necrozma-DM. Definitely mention the likes of Kyogre and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground here. Also, because Zacian-C cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, Spikes stacking significantly hinders Zacian-C's longevity, making it easier for Revenge Killers to KO Zacian, so Taunt users can be useful to have on the team. Mention how Physical attackers such as DD Groundy, Necrozma-DM and SD Kora overlap checks with Zacian, letting it break through with more ease.

Trailbaze is a niche option that allows Zacian-C to outspeed Calyrex-S, Choice Scarf Koraidon, and Choice Scarf Miradon at +2. However, Zacian-C running Trailblaze would mean removing some of its important coverage moves, forcing it to switch out more often and making it lose all its boosts. I don't think Trailbaze is relevant enough, as it either makes you drop coverage which is very important, so don't mention it. Substitute is also a niche option that can work especially if your foe is a Choice Scarf Koraidon that has locked into a Dragon-type move, allowing you to use Substitute and set up without interruption. This Substitute isn't usually the best choice for a move, as losing any of its coverage moves Zacian-C loses its important coverage moves like Wild Charge or Crunch, (Add Comma)could could seems like it 'might' get walled, but it will actually get walled if you drop the coverage. let it get that it gets walled by its checks such as Necrozma-DM, Ho-Oh, or and defensive Arceus formes. Tera Fire is a niche an option that grants Zacian-C a burn immunity from Ho-Oh and Defensive defensive not capitalized, just remember this Arceus-formes such as Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy while also allowing it to resist Ho-Oh’s Sacred Fire and Koraidon's Flare Blitz. However, Tera Fire makes Zacian-C weak to Stealth Rocks, allowing Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, priority users in Arceus to revenge kill with ease. makes hazards even more dangerous, as Stealth Rocks would take out a lot of HP, putting it into the KO range of revenge killers . An alternate EV spread of 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe allows Zacian-C to outspeed both Koraidon and Miraidon, with the remaining EVs being put into HP, allowing it to survive an Overheat from Choice Scarf Miraidon I'm unsure about this as of now, but I'll let you know what QC says about this. What you should mention is that it avoids getting 2HKO'd by Electro Drift in terrain. and or an Earthquake from offensive Necrozma-DM. However, this EV spread might struggle against Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM, as Zacian-C cannot OHKO Necrozma-DM, and Necrozma-DM outspeeds after +1 Speed, so it can set up before OHKOing Zacian-C. This EV spread would also be weak against any opposing Zacian-C with max Speed, so it is not always the best choice. This is not the best wording here, so maybe try to improve that. Also, 152 Speed with Jolly hits 411 I believe. I don't think you should be mentioning max speed NDM here, since you first talk about Physically defensive NDM. So reword that accordingly

Checks and Counters
===================

**Necrozma-DM**: Physically Defensive Necrozma-DM is one of the most common checks to Zacian-C as it resists both of its main STAB moves, while also having moves like Earthquake and Sunsteel Strike that can hit back and deal a large amount of damage 2HKO Zacian-C

**Calyrex-S**: Calyrex-S outspeeds Zacian-C and Astral Barrage hits very hard, so a matchup like this often requires Zacian-C to switch out. This doesn't sound right. Go with this - Calyrex-S is able outspeed Zacian-C, and Calyrex-S can run multiple variants in Choice Specs, Life Orb, and Choice Scarf sets, it is able to brute force through Zacian-C after minor chip damage. Probably mention Tera Ghost somewhere or the other in this sentence.

**Choice Scarf users**: Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon, Miraidon, and Calyrex-S would also be are able to outspeed Zacian-C with Koraidon being able to OHKO Zacian-C with Flare Blitz and the latter two being able to OHKO Zacian-C after entry hazard damage. KO Zacian-C with their powerful STAB moves or Fire-type moves before Zacian-C has a chance to attack.

**Ditto**: Ditto not only copies Zacian-C's stat boosts, but it also adds a +1 Attack upon Transform. Because Ditto is almost always holding a Choice Scarf, it would be able to outspeed and OHKO with Behemoth Blade or Close Combat.

**Phazers**: Phazers such as Ho-oh and Ting-Lu can remove the benefits of Zacian-C's ability, as Intrepid Sword only works once per battle, which could be annoying, but usually this can be dealt with by outright attacking them and putting them on low HP, thus putting you in a better position overall. Mention Ting-Lu's Spikes here, and how is exactly is Ho-Oh able to phaze Zacian-C? Mention Ho-Oh is able to use Whirlwind to rack up entry hazard damage on Zacian-C

**Bulky Arceus formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Water or Arceus-Ground can be a problem as they can take hits and heal themselves reliably heal themselves with Recover, while also threatening Zacian-C with Judgement or Will-O-Wisp.

Play Rough is Zacian-C's most spammable STAB move, allowing it to OHKO Koraidon and Miraidon, and 2HKO Ting-Lu and doing neutral damage to Arceus-Water and Eternatus. this is a bit wordy, you don't need to list out the neutral targets, just say it hits kora, mira, and ting-lu Behemoth Blade is another high damage STAB move that can hit most Pokemon for neutral damage, such as Terastallized Arceus-Water, Terastallized Ho-Oh, and Arceus-Ground. It also OHKOs Tera Fairy Miraidon and 2HKOs Arceus-Fairy. Wild Charge lets Zacian-C hit past Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Arceus-Water, OHKOing all of them at +3. it does not OHKO waterceus, specify that it's just the first two Crunch is used to deal Calyrex-S and Close Combat helps with opposing Zacian-C. close combat is primarily for ekiller and being able to OHKO groundceus with tera Both of these moves also help with Necrozma-DM. As well as that, Close Combat OHKOs Arceus. Tera Dark and Tera Fighting boosts Crunch and Close Combat, which is especially useful for dealing with Necrozma-DM, with both moves 2HKOing physically defensive Necrozma-DM after Tera and +2 Attack. Another advantage of Tera Dark is that it resists Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S, preventing Zacian-C from getting 2HKOed. this entire section is a mess, do one sentence for tera dark, and one for tera fighting. Tera Electric gives a chance for Wild Charge to OHKO physically defensive Ho-Oh and guarantees an OHKO against offensive Ho-Oh and Wild Charge at +2 lets Zacian-C OHKO Arceus-Water in Electric Terrain and 3HKO Dondozo. as I said earlier, I don't think this is worth mentioning, but if it stays I do not like how this is worded but I guess I can leave it to GP to clean up However, all three Tera types removes its immunity to Toxic Spikes, making it weaker to hazards. not important info and somewhat obvious Having max Speed allows it to outspeed Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM even after +1, weakening or even KOing it before it gets a chance to set up. you don't need to explain a 252 252 spread in most cases.

Zacian-C struggles with Calyrex-S, as it outspeeds Zacian-C and threatens Zacian-C with Astral Barrage, so special walls such as Ho-Oh or Ting-Lu, as well as Arceus because of its Normal typing, are needed to help check Calyrex-S. It is also weak to Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, so it appreciates teammates that can either outspeed or outprioritize threats, such as Extreme Killer Arceus, Choice Scarf Koraidon, or Choice Scarf Calyrex-S. Bulky walls such as various Arceus formes can also help with Koraidon, and Ting-Lu can switch into Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage. Another threat is Necrozma-DM. Due to its high Defense stat, Zacian-C often struggles to break through it, so special attackers like Calyrex-S and Miraidon help break through Necrozma-DM. Kyogre and Calm Mind Arceus-Ground are also good options to help deal with Necrozma-DM. Also, because Zacian-C cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, Spikes stacking significantly hinders Zacian-C's longevity, making it easier for Revenge Killers to KO Zacian, so Taunt users can be useful to have on the team. any examples? Physical attackers such as Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, Necrozma-DM, and Swords Dance Koraidon overlap checks with Zacian-C, meaning they can break through it with more ease, so defensive Arceus formes or Ho-Oh should be on the team to take their attacks. what? this is a complete non-sequitor, I'm not even sure what went wrong but it needs to be fixed.

Substitute is also a niche option that can work especially if your foe is a Choice Scarf Koraidon that has locked into a Dragon-type move, allowing you to use Substitute and set up without interruption. Substitute isn't the best choice for Zacian-C loses its important coverage moves like Wild Charge or Crunch, and lets it get walled by its checks such as Necrozma-DM, Ho-Oh, and defensive Arceus formes. Tera Fire is a niche option that grants Zacian-C a burn immunity from Ho-Oh and defensive Arceus-formes such as Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy while also allowing it to resist Ho-Oh’s Sacred Fire and Koraidon's Flare Blitz. However, Tera Fire makes Zacian-C weak to Stealth Rocks, allowing Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, priority users in Arceus to revenge kill with ease. An alternate EV spread of 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe allows Zacian-C to outspeed both Koraidon and Miraidon, with the remaining EVs being put into HP, reducing the chance of getting 2HKOed without Electric Terrain and allowing it to survive an Earthquake from Necrozma-DM. However, this EV spread might struggle against Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM, as Necrozma-DM would outspeed after +1 Speed and can OHKO Zacian-C after it sets up. This EV spread would also be weak against any opposing Zacian-C with max Speed, so it is not always the best choice. this is a lot, just say it loses against opposing zac and offensive ndm, also mention that the bulk helps with caly.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Necrozma-DM**: Physically Defensive Necrozma-DM is one of the most common checks to Zacian-C as it resists both of its main STAB moves, while also having moves like Earthquake and Sunsteel Strike that can hit back and 2HKO Zacian-C

**Calyrex-S**: Calyrex-S is able outspeed Zacian-C, and Calyrex-S can run multiple variants in Choice Specs, Life Orb, and Choice Scarf sets. These sets, with the additional boost from Tera Ghost, can brute force through Zacian-C after minor chip damage.

**Choice Scarf users**: Choice Scarf users such as Koraidon, Miraidon, and Calyrex-S are able to outspeed Zacian-C with Koraidon being able to OHKO Zacian-C with Flare Blitz and the latter two being able to OHKO Zacian-C after entry hazard damage. combine this with the caly section and call it "revenge killers" or something

**Ditto**: Ditto not only copies Zacian-C's stat boosts, but it also adds a +1 Attack upon Transform. Because Ditto is always holding a Choice Scarf, it would be able to outspeed and OHKO with Behemoth Blade or Close Combat.
ditto is bad.

**Phazers**: Phazers such as Ho-oh and Ting-Lu can remove the benefits of Zacian-C's ability by using Whirlwind, as Intrepid Sword only works once per battle, which could be annoying, but usually this can be dealt with by outright attacking them and putting them on low HP, thus putting you in a better position overall. Whirlwind can also be used to rack up entry hazard damage on Zacian-C after Ting-Lu puts down Spikes. this isn't really worth mentioning

**Bulky Defensive Arceus formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Water or Arceus-Ground can be a problem as they can take hits and reliably heal themselves with Recover, while also threatening Zacian-C with Judgement or Will-O-Wisp.

[OVERVIEW]
Thanks to Zacian-C's high base Attack, backed by Intrepid Sword, it cements itself as one of the strongest physical attackers in the metagame. Its excellent typing allows it to block Dragon-type attacks from Eternatus, Koraidon, and Miradon, (RC) which can allow it to set up easily. Its Steel typing also allows it to and resist Extreme Speed from Arceus while making it immune to Toxic Spikes. Zacian-C is checked by many "many" is a bit of an overstatement, change it to something like "prominent" or "multiple" defensive Pokemon, most notably Necrozma-DM and Arceus-Ground, as they can take Zacian-C's attacks and force it to switch out. Furthermore, Calyrex-S is also a huge threat because of its high Special Attack and Speed, being able to break through Zacian-C after minor chip damage. Choice Scarf Koraidon is also a threat as it can OHKO with Flare Blitz. Also, Zacian-C often finds it difficult to switch in, so pivots like Koraidon and Miraidon can be useful teammates. not the place for this

Swords Dance (Zacian-Crowned) @ Rusted Sword

EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Dark / Fighting
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Play Rough / Behemoth Blade
- Wild Charge
- Crunch / Close Combat

[SET COMMENTS]
Play Rough is Zacian-C's most spammable STAB move, allowing it to OHKO OHKOes Koraidon and Miraidon, and 2HKO 2HKOes Ting-Lu. Alternatively, Behemoth Blade is another high damage STAB move that can hit most Pokemon for neutral damage, such as Terastallized Arceus-Water, Terastallized Ho-Oh, and Arceus-Ground change this to just Arceus-Ground, Arceus-Fairy, and Eternatus, and maybe mention perfect accuracy. It also OHKOs Tera Fairy Miraidon and 2HKOs Arceus-Fairy. Wild Charge lets Zacian-C hit hits Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Arceus-Water, OHKOing the first two or doing major damage at +3 maybe change this too "after using Swords Dance" because you won't have intrepid sword after switching out. Crunch is used to deal Calyrex-S and Close Combat OHKOs Arceu Arceus CC also hits Ting-Lu for Behemoth Blade sets. Both of these moves also help with Necrozma-DM I think you should remove this sentence and move the info to the start of the prior sentence. Tera Dark boosts Crunch, which is especially useful for dealing with Necrozma-DM, as it can 2HKO physically defensive Necrozma-DM after Tera and +2 Attack I don't really like this, it makes it sound weaker than it is. Maybe changing it to something like "Tera Dark boosts Crunch damage to break through Necrozma-DM easier, and additionally resists Calyrex-S's Astral Barrage. Another advantage of Tera Dark is that it resists Astral Barrage from Calyrex-S, preventing Zacian-C from getting 2HKOed combine this into the prior sentence like in the example I gave. Tera Fighting increases the damage of Close Combat, which lets Zacian-C 2HKO Necrozma-DM at +2, while also letting it OHKO Arceus Ground OHKO defensive Arceus formes at +3.

Also, because Zacian-C cannot hold Heavy-Duty Boots, Also, multiple layers of Spikes stacking significantly hinders Zacian-C's longevity, making it easier for Revenge Killers revenge killers to KO Zacian, so Taunt users like Deoxys-S move this mention to be after Arceus formes and specify that it is only on hyper offense and various Arceus formes can be useful to have on the team. Other good teammates include physical attackers such as Dragon Dance Arceus-Ground, Necrozma-DM, and Swords Dance Koraidon. Because they overlap checks with Zacian-C, they can help wear down each other's checks, allowing them to break through these walls more easily.

This feels like an unnecessary tangent. You can just say Calyrex-S can revenge kill after minor chip damage or a Close Combat SpD drop Koraidon is able to OHKO Zacian-C with Flare Blitz and Miraidon 2HKOs Zacian-C with Electro Drift.

**Defensive Arceus formes**: Bulky Arceus formes such as Arceus-Water or Arceus-Ground can be a problem as they can take hits and reliably heal themselves with Recover, while also threatening Zacian-C with Judgement Judgment or Will-O-Wisp.

Play Rough OHKOes Koraidon and Miraidon, (comma) and 2HKOes Ting-Lu. Behemoth Blade also has 100% accuracy, unlike Play Rough. Wild Charge hits Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Arceus-Water, OHKOing or doing major damage to them after using Zacian-C uses Swords Dance. Crunch and Close Combat are used to deal with Necrozma-DM, with the former also threatening Calyrex-S and the latter hitting Ting-Lu for Behemoth Blade sets and OHKOing Arceus. Close Combat also hits Ting-Lu for Behemoth Blade sets.
