New Ability: Magnetize = (Levitate + Galvanize)
Ability Description: Combined effect of both the abilities.

Notable Moves:
Body Slam, Double-Edge, Earthquake, Explosion, Fire Punch, Quick Attack, U-Turn
Boomburst
Dragon Dance

Intended Role: Set-Up Sweeper, Banded Breaker
Role Justification: Has a fairly good defensive profile that allows it to safely set up a Dragon Dance. It has Double-Edge as its primary Electric move of choice but Body Slam is also an option if you prefer longevity. Fire Punch covers for Grass-types that may usually give you some issue, but Dual Wingbeat is also an option.

Onto more niche sets, it has the option to use Boomburst to brute force vs physical walls, has Quick Attack and U-Turn for Banded sets and Explosion is a nasty option for punching holes into walls.

New Ability: Synchronizing Music = (Punk Rock + Synchronize)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Knock Off
Overdrive, Volt Switch, Alluring Voice, Boomburst, Mystical Fire, Focus Blast, Energy Ball
Calm Mind, Healing Wish, Trick, Taunt, Shift Gear
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot, Set-Up Sweeper
Role Justification: Punk Rock combined with a solid offensive combo of Overdrive and Alluring Voice makes for a very threatening wallbreaker. Its good coverage allows it to handle anything that can take its STABs. It also serves as a nice pivot with Volt Switch and Healing Wish. It also has access to Shift Gear and Calm Mind for a potential sweep. However, its mediocre speed and bulk leaves it easily revenge killed.

Calm Mind, Healing Wish, Trick, Taunt, Shift Gear
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot, Set-Up Sweeper
Role Justification: I thought maybe this could be balanced for OU but then I realized it has Pixilate Boomburst off of 160/100 special offense LMAO. But don’t ban it council just to be funny.

Ability Description: This Pokémon does not damage from Dark, Ghost, or Bug-type Attacks.
Notable Moves:
Nuzzle, Knock Off
Thunderbolt, Alluring Voice, Draining Kiss, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Calm Mind, Teleport, Trick, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp

New Ability: Toxic Stones = (Rocky Payload + Toxic Chain)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, U-Turn
lol no
Parting Shot, Taunt, Toxic, Roost, Stealth Rock, Swords Dance
Intended Role: Special Wall, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Setter
Role Justification: With its defensive typing and bulk, Bombirdipiti serves as a nice wall and defensive pivot. Most notably, it handles Maw pretty well while also fighting back with a Gunk Shot or Poison Jab, as well as Brambleshao. With maximum speed, it can also revenge kill Conkelbun. However, its weakness to Ground and generally middling stats can make its struggle to do its job at times.

:swsh/hydrapple::swsh/skeledirge:
DNA Donors: Hydrapple / Skeledirge
Fusion Name: Hydradirge
New Types:

Base Stats: 105 / 80 / 105 / 115 / 80 / 55 [BST: 540] (+0 HP / +3 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +3 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Hot Syrup = (Sticky Hold + Blaze)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
No
Draco Meteor, Fickle Beam, Fire Blast, Torch Song, Earth Power, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Alluring Voice
Will-O-Wisp, Nasty Plot, Slack Off, Recover
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Set-Up Sweeper, Tank, Mixed Wall
Role Justification: STAB Fickle Beam and Torch Song can make for a devastating combo when combined with its naturally high SpA stat. It can also run immediate breaking sets with Choice Specs and Draco Meteor, all combined with its great coverage. Its access to Wisp and reliable recovery also let it serve as a solid tank. However, while its ability helps matters, it’s weak to Rocks and has subpar speed, making it easier to shut down then it may seem.

New Ability: Silly Syrup = (Sticky Hold + Unaware)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
Dragon Tail
Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Giga Drain
Will-O-Wisp, Slack Off, Recover, Roar
Intended Role: Mixed Wall
Role Justification: Unlike its powerful evolution, this serves more of a straight-up wall due to being much more passive, without the powerful STABs and set-up moves. On top of this, it has Unaware! This combined with an unremovable Eviolite makes for a very bulky wall that can check the clown penguin. But without Boots, its weakness to Rocks is much worse. Not to mention, it doesn’t have many useful resistances outside of Fire.

New Ability: Idiot Shield = (Bulletproof + Unaware)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:

Fire Blast, Flamethrower
Will-O-Wisp, Slack Off, Roar
Intended Role: LC
Role Justification: Funny but shallow LC wall.

Base Stats: 80 / 60 / 60 / 105 / 83 / 117 [BST: 505] (+3 HP / +0 Atk / +0 Def / +2 SpA / +1 SpD / +12 Spe)
New Ability: Floating Wizard = (Opportunist + Levitate)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
U-Turn
Lumina Crash, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Mystical Fire, Thunderbolt, Power Gem
Calm Mind, Trick, Roost, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp
Intended Role: Special Wallbreaker, Revenge Killer, Offensive Pivot
Role Justification: Due to its high speed and offensive typing, Espamagius can revenge kill prominent offensive threats such as Maw, Conkelbun, Bramble, and Kabupult. Lumina Crash is an excellent STAB option, letting it wear down any walls that can take its moves otherwise. It also pivots with U-Turn. However, its awkward defensive typing leaves it vulnerable to Sucker Punch. Its awful bulk means that its reliance on Lumina Crash to do more damage can lead to it being KOed first.

:swsh/flittle::swsh/misdreavus:
DNA Donors: Flittle / Misdreavus
Fusion Name: Flittleavus
New Types:

Base Stats: 50 / 50 / 45 / 75 / 60 / 80 [BST: 360] (+5 HP / +3 Atk / +0 Def / +5 SpA / +3 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Jet Power = (Speed Boost + Levitate)
Ability Description: Combined effects of both abilities.
Notable Moves:
U-Turn
Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Shadow Ball, Hex, Dazzling Gleam, Draining Kiss, Thunderbolt
Calm Mind, Trick, Roost, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave
Intended Role: NFE, Set-Up Sweeper
Role Justification: Could maybe possibly work in UU due to doing normal Espathra stuff but with Nasty Plot and a dual STAB. But it also has terrible stats and especially garbage bulk even with Eviolite so who knows. Otherwise NFE.

This is more interesting I promise
DNA Donors: Tapu Bulu / Heatmor
Fusion Name: Tapu Heat
New Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 115 / 105 / 95 / 80 / 70 [BST: 545] (+3 HP / +2 Atk / +15 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Forest Fire = (Grassy Surge + White Smoke)
Ability Description: Combined effects.

Notable Moves:
Fire Lash, High Horsepower, Horn Leech, Knock Off, Stone Edge, Wood Hammer...
Energy Ball, Fire Blast, Giga Drain, Scorching Sands...
Calm Mind, Swords Dance, Synthesis, Toxic, Will-O-Wisp...

Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Physical Wall
Role Justification: Okay, so Round 2. Rillamor was a decent sub, but I admit it was quite simplistic and a tad boring. Here comes Tapu Heat, however, a new spin! Now without Grassy Glide, it plays a lot more interesting as a powerful, pseudo-wall with Horn Leech boosted under Grassy Terrain combined with, you guessed it, Fire Lash! Coverage options are very nice, but you can also fully commit to a defensive build with Synthesis / Horn Leech / Will-O-Wisp, that isn't passive yet has a surprising amount of longevity and can be difficult to deal with under the correct circumstances. Knock Off is nice as always to have, and you can even try a special set if you're insane, with 95 base Special Attack under Terrain and the possibility for Calm Mind setups alongside Tapu Heat's above average physical bulk. I don't know if it's actually viable, but if you can make it work more power to you.

Bulky Steel-type glue with some interesting recovery
DNA Donors: Scizor / Tentacruel
Fusion Name: Tentazor
New Types:

Base Stats: 75 / 116 / 82 / 67 / 100 / 86 [BST: 526] (+0 HP / +16 Atk / +0 Def / +0 SpA / +0 SpD / +4 Spe)
New Ability: Hydrotechnic = (Technician + Rain Dish)
Ability Description: Technician effects; If this Pokemon uses a move with 60 BP or less, this Pokemon heals 1/16 of its max HP.

Notable Moves:
Close Combat, Bullet Punch, Flip Turn, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, Rapid Spin...
...
Curse, Defog, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes...

Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin, Defog)
Role Justification: A bit of a general purpose Steel-type glue mon with some handy utility and an interesting way of recovery that isn't just Roost. Solid defensive typing that is horrid offensively (sample sets down below have no Poison STAB lol). That being said, Tentazor's colorful collection of coverage, utility, and unique defensive profile being a Steel-type that takes neutral hits from Fighting-types, makes it a premier Steel in the meta and a solid defensive option. With access to Knock Off, Technician boosted Rapid Spin, and Close Combat for hitting opposing Steels, Tentazor isn't lacking on offensive move choices, but what rounds out the mon as a whole is Hydrotechnic, which gives Tentazor a pseudo-Leftovers source of recovery on moves boosted by Technician, primarily Bullet Punch, Rapid Spin, and coincidentally enough Flip Turn of all things (which I didn't even realize until after making the mon). This gives Tentazor a unique longevity that frees up its item slot to whatever you wish, such as Life Orb, Choice Band, or even still Leftovers, that makes use of some key part of Tentazor's moveset. In particular, Flip Turn becomes a very solid pivot move that, though isn't STAB, has fundamentally the same BP as Tech Boosted Bullet Punch.

Has positive matchups against both Eis and Maw with Bullet Punch priority to sink them both, and Conk since it outspeeds and can deal some hefty damage. Generally has a good matchup against most fast but frail mons such as Kabu, Sneas, and Bramble, and is thusly also excellent against setup sweepers. A bit of future proofing for stronger offensive threats that might join down the line. It can pivot around its checks but it lacks some immediate power, so be careful. It does poorly against Steels like Frosgambit, since Fros can tank its Flip Turn's like no problem, and completely walls both of its STABs. It has to be careful about Knock Off, though.

Scizor's typing still is a major weakness, as its Poison typing while good defensively means that it takes even more damage from common Ground-type coverage and is basically a waste of a STAB option if you choose to have one on your set. Tentazor is also surprisingly frail on the physical side, and a strong physical move can dent it hard if you're not careful. Hydrotechnic should be able to remedy this somewhat, especially on repeated switches that Tentazor should be able to capitalize on with priority Bullet Punch, but you can't throw it into most situations willy nilly.

Choice Band
Tentazor @ Choice Band
Ability: Hydrotechnic
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Flip Turn
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
Standard Choice Band set. Can come in repeatedly and doesn't require boots as long as you use Bullet Punch and Flip Turn at the right times. Knock Off is used as general utility and to hit Frosgambit, meanwhile Close Combat is a general strong coverage move that hits opposing Steels.

Offensive Swords Dance
Tentazor @ Life Orb
Ability: Hydrotechnic
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Close Combat / Knock Off
- Knock Off / Rapid Spin
Offensive Swords Dance set with max Atk and Speed EVs for maximum offensive potential. Rapid Spin can be used alongside Knock Off as a Tech boosted option that boosts speed, but you can always slot in Close Combat and Knock Off to hit as many threats as possible.

Bulky Swords Dance
Tentazor @ Life Orb
Ability: Hydrotechnic
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Atk / 244 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Flip Turn
Bulky setup sweeper set that leverages Tentazor's decent bulk to use special attackers as setup bait.

Hazard Removal
Tentazor @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydrotechnic
EVs: 248 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Rapid Spin
- Knock Off
- Flip Turn
Very bulky set that combines Tentazor's bulk with insane recovery, practically getting healing equivalent to Poison Heal so long as you use a Tech boosted move. Has excellent longevity without lacking power or utility.

New Ability: Technician
Ability Description: This Pokemon's moves of 60 BP or less have 1.5x power, including Struggle.

Notable Moves:
Close Combat, Bullet Punch, Flip Turn, Gunk Shot, Knock Off, U-turn...
...
Defog, Swords Dance, Toxic Spikes...

Intended Role: Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper, Defensive Pivot, Hazard Removal (Rapid Spin, Defog)
Role Justification: Honestly, I thought this would be too much at first, but it honestly seems fine. Its a sidegrade of Tentazor that has none of the passive recovery of Hydrotechnic but has a lot more bulk and defense and surprisingly enough, has an actual usable speed tier. Faster threats fold to tech Bullet Punch, while slower threats get hit by stronger moves that can hit the mon super effectively. It simultaneously acts as a Stallbreaker too, since its not only immune to Toxic but doesn't really care much about hazards, while still having the option to set up against Stall teams. Very interesting sidegrade imo that seems pretty fun to play around with.

New Ability: Graffitist = (Trace + Defiant)
Ability Description: Effects of Trace. If the ability can't be copied, gets +2 Atk instead. (Embody Speed when Tera'd)
Notable Moves:
Ivy Cudgel, Triple Axel, Play Rough, Knock Off, U-Turn, Superpower
Moonblast, Energy Ball, Mystical Fire, Focus Blast
Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Calm Mind, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Wish
Intended Role: pivot, breaker, (general utility mon i guess though this isn't a role)
Role Justification: ability is kinda whatever and probably the worst thing about the mon. The movepool is huge and lets it do a lot and with the option to change its types (or mega). Base form is best suited for special sets due to not being reliant on Ivy Cudgel for STAB, though it might still be worth it. Tera gives it a free speed boost at the cost of losing its Fairy-type; not sure how worth of a tradeoff that is but its an option.

:swsh/gardevoir::swsh/ogerpon-wellspring:
DNA Donors: Gardevoir / Ogerpon-Wellspring
Fusion Name: Gardepon-Wellspring
New Types:

Base Stats: 74 / 102 / 74 / 102 / 105 / 95 [BST: 552] (+0 HP / +10 Atk / +0 Def / +10 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Water Absorb (Embody SpDef when Tera'd)
Notable Moves:
Ivy Cudgel, Triple Axel, Play Rough, Knock Off, U-Turn, Superpower
Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Focus Blast
Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Wish, Leech Seed
Intended Role: pivot
Role Justification: This one works well as a defensive pivot due to typing and this movepool complements that role incredibly well.

:swsh/gardevoir::swsh/ogerpon-hearthflame:
DNA Donors: Gardevoir / Ogerpon-Hearthflame
Fusion Name: Gardepon-Hearthflame
New Types:

Base Stats: 74 / 102 / 74 / 102 / 105 / 95 [BST: 552] (+0 HP / +10 Atk / +0 Def / +10 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Mold Breaker (Embody Atk when Tera'd)
Notable Moves:
Ivy Cudgel, Play Rough, Knock Off, U-Turn
Moonblast,
Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Calm Mind, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Wish
Intended Role: pivot, breaker
Role Justification: This one does great offensively and its good dual STAB lets it take full advantage of its incredible status options. Might get banned due to Tera form though.

:swsh/gardevoir::swsh/ogerpon-cornerstone:
DNA Donors: Gardevoir / Ogerpon-Cornerstone
Fusion Name: Gardepon-Cornerstone
New Types:

Base Stats: 74 / 102 / 74 / 102 / 105 / 95 [BST: 552] (+0 HP / +10 Atk / +0 Def / +10 SpA / +0 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Sturdy (Embody SpD when Tera'd)
Notable Moves:
Ivy Cudgel, Triple Axel, Play Rough, Knock Off, U-Turn, Superpower
Moonblast, Energy Ball, Mystical Fire, Focus Blast, Misty Explosion
Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Calm Mind, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Wish, Taunt
Intended Role: pivot, breaker
Role Justification: Sturdy + Spikes + Misty Explosion + Taunt potentially does something as a hazard lead but this is probably the worst form. Unless you want Rock Cudgel the opportunity cost here is huge.

:swsh/gardevoir-mega::swsh/ogerpon:
DNA Donors: Gardevoir-Mega / Ogerpon
Fusion Name: Mega Gardepon
New Types:

Base Stats: 74 / 122 / 74 / 142 / 125 / 115 [BST: 652] (+0 HP / +30 Atk / +0 Def / +50 SpA / +20 SpD / +20 Spe)
New Ability: Pixilate
Notable Moves:
Ivy Cudgel, Triple Axel, Body Slam, Knock Off, U-Turn, Superpower, Quick Attack
Hyper Voice, Energy Ball, Mystical Fire, Focus Blast
Encore, Spikes, Taunt, Synthesis, Swords Dance, Spiky Shield, Calm Mind, Teleport, Thunder Wave, Will-o-Wisp, Wish
Intended Role: pivot, breaker
Role Justification: mega can do a lot of the same as the base form but with stronger fairy stab. SD sets might be its best sets here due to Cudgel as well as STAB pixilate-boosted priority.

:swsh/raging-bolt::swsh/toucannon:
DNA Donors: Raging Bolt / Toucannon
Fusion Name: Raging Cannon
New Types:

Base Stats: 103 / 97 / 83 / 107 / 83 / 67 [BST: 540] (+1 HP / +1 Atk / +0 Def / +1 SpA / +1 SpD / +0 Spe)
New Ability: Proto Shield = (Protosynthesis + Keen Eye)
Ability Description: Prevents highest stat from being dropped
Notable Moves:
Knock Off, U-Turn
Thunderclap, Hurricane, Volt Switch, Heat Wave, Thunderbolt
Calm Mind, Roost
Intended Role: defensive/offensive pivot
Role Justification: no electrics yet so here's a zapdos-like mon which always tend to do well. movepool is perfect for the role

:landorus-therian::maractus: sick to my bones. petal blizzard is a fake STAB move and ruins the mon - change it to cacturne for MOAR ATTACK

I'm noticing multiple users are subbing Grass/Poison, Fire/Psychic and Fire/Fairy-types, which quite stagnate the competition for such submissions, and isn't too desirable IMO as that can easily lead to redundant winners, I sure wish the council could implement voting of multiple stages (only the best (most voted) among a group of certain mons with similar niches ends up in the main votation) so only one of that kind of submissions can win to mitigate that.

But anyways, sub review:

:maractus::landorus-therian:: Grass/Ground is kinda bad beyond resisting EdgeQuake, I'd suggest to clarify more on what this mon checks in particular defensively (as this is explicitly the intent of the sub), kinda exists otherwise.

:crobat::meloetta:: This is running Poison Fang for the 100% bad poisoning chance, considering its typing and its lacking Speed I'd see this more likely to act as a fast wall than as a sweeper, it's an okay sub.

:hariyama::lanturn:: TBH this seems underpowered as its bulk isn't too high for a mon with no reliable recovery (the previous mon has more net bulk, for instance, I bothered to calculate), it also lacks optimal setup, isn't fast either, and it even starts slightly passive.

:unfezant::victini:: Looks like a good sub between the wallbreaker potential yet holding a weakness to Stealth Rock.

:Trevenant::Iron Boulder:: Poltergeist seems nearly entirely redundant with Frisk, and this is a patent offensive mon, it's not running Knock Off, it gives off the impression not even you know what it's exactly meant to do, it also seems a bit too slow to do SubSeed without commiting to a Booster Energy. Also, this does not get Toxic, neither species is dexit'd in SV nor learns it naturally.

:Galvantula::Braviary-Hisui:: Tinted Lens on something like this can easily be too much, as it can just 2HKO basically the whole metagame, it can even set Sticky Web and have no real counterplay in terms of hazard removers. Would suggest to replace the Tinted Lens component with something else.

:salazzle::nidoking:: This is just :landorus:, don't underestimate Sheer Force Life Orb with an actual Speed tier.

:tatsugiri::orbeetle:: As a wall its bulk is a bit lacking, especially as Dragon/Psychic isn't that good, would suggest to invest 10 on HP from Speed.

:archaludon::delphox: :galvantula::espathra:: Good subs! I can't directly comment on them myself, but it seems that they got quite better reception than usual, I'd suggest to give them a check.

I'm stuff
:slowking::iron treads:: Mons with abilities that actively try to hinder themselves with the components usually aren't too popular, Also, not having HP as an stat divisible by 2 as a future paradox reduces points from the community, I personally disagree on that and see the mon as fine beyond those generic conceptions, but I'd want to remind of those just in case.

:Chien-Pao::Pikachu:: Its bulk is terrible even with its ability, and it doesn't have any utility beyond STAB Knock Off to exactly compensate, given how you admit the awareness of :sneasel::sneasel-hisui: currently being mid, IDK why you'd reinvent a bad wheel, you could afford just effects of Sword of Ruin and Beads of Ruin (lol Volt Switch) here.

:dragonite::swoobat:: Dragon/Flying is bad defensively, please don't make a Unaware mon held back by a bad typing, that sort of mons just become very inconsistent, I don't want another :volcanion::quagsire: incident.

nah, I wouldn’t be erased
:skeledirge::meloetta:: Normal/Ghost if real, jokes aside, seems kinda boring as it is very similar to vanilla :Skeledirge: in terms of usage and defensive typing, but it clearly has some thought put into it for the meta, so it seems nice, overall a good sub.

:decidueye::decidueye-hisui:: Strong breaker, you could run a Choice Band here and watch it just blow holes, I'd suggest to lower the Speed a bit and dump it into Defense even.

:quaquaval::sigilyph:: Would suggest to lower the Speed a bit and dump it all into HP so it can be used defensively as well, it has plenty of ways to raise Speed either way, and would be a solid versatile mon submission that can do more besides MGLO Brave Bird.

insert -ex joke here
:nidoqueen::necrozma:: Good sub, not much to say here.

:gliscor::Munkidori:: I'd also mention Protect as a notable move given the ability, and this may overlap a bit with your previous sub above, however.

:mandibuzz::centiskorch::
> Defogger
> Vulnerable to Knock Off regarding a good chunk of the stuff it's meant to check
Not a fan personally.

:Magnezone::Crobat:: :Slowking-galar::magneton: 2, huh? Seems okay, maybe even slightly underpowered.

:rotom-wash::landorus-therian:: While I'm not a fan of subs that are of a given type for the sake of it (lacking one in the meta isn't a good reason per-say, no one is pushing themselves to make a Stellar-type mon), it is a good sub, although I doubt it's going to use Scorching Sands over Wisps.

:arcanine-hisui::primarina:: Would recommend to make the ability boost moves affected by x1.5, otherwise Psychic Noise is hard to justify over Flamethrower, as much no one runs Mystical Fire over it, it may also opt to just run Hyper Voice over it with that of course, but then it gets more niches in terms of acting as either a wallbreaker or a stallbreaker, which is good for something that'd otherwise have no ability, it'd also be worth noting that Psychic Noise hits Muktaria super effectively out of Neutralizing Gas.

:scrafty::bastiodon:: Considering it has no reliable recovery I'd recommend to dump some of the Atk investment into HP, 10 points should suffice here, especially as neither Foul Play or Body Press use those stats, you could also remove the Atk investment to minimize confusion or opposing Foul Play damage too.

:hydrapple::weezing:: I'd suggest to lean more on physical bulk so this has more of a niche to :muk-alola::altaria:, maybe even just swap to effect of both abilities as held item removal isn't a strong niche at the moment IMO.

:Scream Tail::Regidrago:: Broken, it's way too fat for this metagame to say the least.

:Pangoro::Urshifu:: I recall this ability was unable to be coded in Gen 8 FELT as it basically requires manual arbitrary implementation per ability, plus this is broken as it's just :Urshifu:.

:Infernape::Serperior:: Broken as it's :serperior: with actual coverage, don't have to explain.

:Heliolisk::Vanilluxe:: There aren't any setters yet, so it's way too early to sub something like this.

:duosion::blissey:: Extremely passive and doesn't do much of note beyond being a wall, boring.

:skeledirge::tatsugiri:: Water/Fire sucks defensively, so this is inconsistent at what it's meant to do, I don't want a repeat of the :volcanion::quagsire: incident.

:scrafty::cyclizar:: Besides the fact we just got last slate a Fighting-type with Regenerator, this is underpowered.

:mr. mime::heatran:: For something with no reliable recovery the bulk seems a bit lacking, you may consider doing some :necrozma-dusk-mane: fusion with :Lampent: or something.

:nidoqueen::hydrapple:: Good sub, it manages to find niches that :muk-alola::altaria: doesn't cover even with a similar defensive profile, I do have to ask if lacking an item means that its ability would trigger against itemless foes.

:moltres-galar::noctowl:: Mono-Flying-types using Roost become Normal-type, so it doesn't exactly end up with no weaknesses while using it, still seems like a good sub beyond that.

:jigglypuff::groudon:: This seems somewhat underpowered as out of Wish + Protect consuming two moveslots and raising passivity, this can't act as a win condition as it can't fit its STABs and setup without limiting its options, and it's slow as well, I could even see the Primal forme as legal. Also, the ability may be stretchy.

:bronzong::chinchou:: Usually immunity spam isn't a good idea for a submission, they kinda centralize the metagame into more unusual coverage options to not just be walled by that sort of Pokemon, plus seems quite BATR as its stats suck and can't really do anything even in ideal scenarios.

:braviary-hisui::yanmega:: The type icons are dead images, so I can't really comment much on this.

:Palossand::Hippowdon:: Exists, it's just :hippowdon:.

:terrakion::pidgeot:: The mega is just banned from this tier, lol, and the base has no apparent niche that isn't already covered by :brambleghast::mienshao: for the most part, no justification being given at all doesn't help.

:sylveon::jolteon:: Okay sub, it should be able to do what it's meant to do well.

:rhyperior::toucannon:: May be a bit too powerful, it's just :rhyperior::decidueye-hisui: from FEOU but with a better typing and ability.

:heatran::tinkaton:: Its bulk is somewhat lacking for something without reliable recovery, seems underpowered.

:jellicent::ninetales-alola:: Funny but bad, Ice-types suck defensively, and this being passive doesn't help, it can't even set Aurora Veil consistently out of requiring to be hit first. Legit looks like something you'd see in Untiered.

:heatran::bronzong:: Considering this has no reliable recovery you could afford Levitate here.

:komala::garganacl:: As the ability is currently worded, it'd be considered for most intents and purposes a pure Ghost-type, so it wouldn't get neither Normal or Rock STAB, nor their weaknesses or resistances, so you may want to reword that, then it becomes a good sub.

:arcanine-hisui::eelektross:: Good sub, it can fill a variety of roles yet has some decent flaws keeping it in check.

:shaymin::kilowattrel:: May seem as boring to some users as this is just a weaker version of :shaymin::zapdos: from the recent FEOU, anyways, the concept has shown to work, but it exists.

:bewear::dusknoir:: TBH this may be a bit overpowered as it can become a bit too difficult to KO out of Fluffy while also hitting rather hard, would recommend to lower Atk a bit.

:azumarill::diggersby:: No, that SpA is not usable seriously at all even without the ability, anyways, as its type combination is unresisted this may be somewhat borderline, would suggest to make it Water/Ground, that way it also gets STAB priority.

:arcanine-hisui::honchkrow: Strong breaker, but the SR weakness really compensates, yeah, good sub.

:florges::ferrothorn:: Rather passive, would recommend to invest into at least 90 SpA, beyond that it's a good sub.

:araquanid::baxcalibur:: Quite self explanatory sub, not much to say here but it's good.

:glimmora::electrode-hisui:: This is quite boring as it's just an optimized :glimmora:, could very easily find use even in FEOU.

:turtonator::hatterene:: Too slow for Shell Smash (which I presume is part of the intent), and there's no details explained on how Magic Bounce is meant to help it on checking the ton of stuff that type combination checks, so it exists compared to the competition.

:mamoswine::shaymin:: Okay sub, Thick Fat mitigates its lacking typing defensively speaking while also having solid offensive pressure to give.

:tatsugiri::magnezone:: Good sub, not many users design a trapper well.

:enamorus-therian::ceruledge:: Good breaker with anti-meta defensive utility, seems okay.

:drifblim::celesteela:: 73 is not prime, it's divisible by 26, good sub otherwise.

:pecharunt::cramorant:: Non-STAB Hex is mid, by extension this submission feels a bit underpowered to play over a gimmick, feels like what some would have called a "bobmon" years ago.

:klawf::togedemaru:: I think you're overstimating the ability, this can't run a boosting item as Life Orb kills it after triggering Sturdy, and a Choice item is suboptimal for the plan this is trying, add to that being walled by Ground-types and this is simply very underpowered.

:noivern::electrode-hisui:: Okay, it moves really fast, but it does quite little after that, add to that having no ability in practical terms and you could afford adding a bit more SpA.

:clodsire::claydol:: Okay sub, manages to retain passivity to keep its fatness in check, not everyone may be a fan of it, but that's how the team structures it's meant for go.

:skeledirge::toxtricity:: TBH this may be a bit too much with Shift Gear + Throat Spray and that ability, even having Alluring Voice to hit Dragon-types, would recommend to swap to Toxtricity-Low-Key so it's the same sub but without Shift Gear.

:absol::gallade:: This is just :urshifu:, I don't think this'd be balanced here...

:sylveon::venomoth:: Quiver Dance with that solid defensive typing may be a bit too much, would suggest to lower SpA.

:frosmoth::ribombee:: Okay, not only this overlaps a lot with the previous sub, it also does nothing but set Sticky Web then die, it exists.

:stakataka::malamar:: Okay, how does it lower its Speed in the first place? You didn't bother to list properly the moves it'd use, and I'd remind that Topsy-Turvy can't target the user. It's just a submission that can't even do what it was intended to at all.

:Flygon::Golem-Alola:: You really like -ate fusions, don't you? Anyways, good sub, not much to say here.

:toxtricity::gardevoir:: Balanced Mega Gardevoir with Fairy STAB challenge (impossible). Jokes aside this is a good sub.

:fezandipiti::bombirdier:: I've seen implied around that Toxic Chain isn't an ability too liked, but personally I find it fine, good sub.

:hydrapple::skeledirge:: With a weakness to Stealth Rock, no boosting ability, and its SpA not being that high, this'd realistically lean more into a wall than a breaker per-say, especially as it'd appreciate retaining Heavy-Duty Boots with its ability. good sub overall however.

:espathra::mismagius:: Nice in-depth thought about a revenge killer or sweeper submission, looks nice.

:heatmor::tapu bulu:: Would suggest to give it Flash Fire over White Smoke so there's no complaints on it being a Fire-type without the notable resists for it, good sub otherwise.

:tentacruel::scizor:: Good sub, not much to say here.

:chimecho::solgaleo:: Broken, too fat, can do about anything with minimal punishment for the power level of the metagame.

:claydol::vileplume:: Now this may be okay, especially the trend of submissions of this trend to check some lately concerning Pokemon apparently.

:rabsca::chandelure:: Revival Blessing is banned in this mod (ask the community, not me), so it exists.

:armaldo::dragonite:: Exists, no in-depth thing is covered over its niche or anything per-say.

For feminism!
:gardevoir::ogerpon:: Terastallizing does not remove previous STABs, including to "lost" types defensively speaking, so this is generally Terastallizing early-game if it's holding something besides a mask or a megastone. Overall the mon seems a bit bloated between the several formes, but it still seems like an okay sub.

:toucannon::raging bolt:: Not a fan of submitting a Pokemon only because a certain type is lacking on the metagame, but this does seem to have a decent intended niche over being subbed only for the sake of it, so it's alright.

Great sub review, noticing two false claims though that need to be corrected:

:Trevenant::Iron Boulder:: [...] Also, this does not get Toxic, neither species is dexit'd in SV nor learns it naturally.
Trevenant does learn Toxic via TM in Gen 9

:drifblim::celesteela:: 73 is not prime, it's divisible by 26, good sub otherwise.
73 is in fact a prime number, and could not be divisible by 26 because it is an odd number

Those are the two I spotted, I think everything else here is more or less subjective, whereas those two were unintentionally false statements. Thank you Bobsican for the thorough sub review as always. This is just to ensure the individuals whose subs were critiqued are aware that they can take these specific notes with a grain of salt.

Council has a sad announcement to make. We have decided to terminate Fusion Evolution forever. Instead, the formats will be replaced by a new one that reinvents the directions we are taking. Introducing...

Fusion Evolution: Corrupt Council

fecc roster shadows.png

From this point forward, every fusion will only be allowed to be created by council members. We decided things must be this way because Fusion Evolution voters are really bad. Anyways, in project FE:CC, the council members have created a bunch of fusions for users to play in a random battles format. Earl was busy while we were creating this but we still tried to make things as balanced as we could without him.

Since Fusion Evolution users also aren't good at teambuilding, we removed that step too! Fusion Evolution CC is a random battles format, so you will never have to ask what the meta needs again!

Together we have created 100 fusions, some of them with multiple forms (and some with more forms than they should!). However, here's the catch: we want you, the reader, to go figure out these fusions. No sheet for you. Get you ass in motion. This also applies to abilities. You don't get to know what they do, go find out out for yourself so you can gain some experience or something.

Fusion Evolution Corrupt Council is live on our server and can be found under the Solomods tab!

what a strange dream. i dreamed i was fighting a shapeshifting fish with a giant spider. weird

Anyways, here are the vetoes for Slate 2!
Iron Revenant is too potent of a sweeper with a very strong STAB combination with Quark Drive. I would lower speed or change the STAB combination.

Galviary-Hisui is too strong of a wallbreaker with reliable, Tinted Lens Hurricanes. I would remove all the added stats.

Salking is too strong of a wallbreaker with Sheer Force backed by those offenses. I would remove Sheer Force or make the ability more conditional.

The stats are overtuned on this fusion. I would remove all the added stats.

Drago Tail's ability is a little too strong. If the ability only increases stats (except Speed) by x1.3, if would be fine.

Panshifu is only slightly weaker than vanilla Urshifu, which is a very strong Pokemon. Please remove STAB off of Wicked Blow.

Inferior's ability is stretchy as neither ability mentions STAB, let alone Grass-type moves since you didn't use Overgrow. Moreover, this fusion has way too many options to boost with Contrary, making it offensively oppressive. Please remove Contrary effects.

Vanilisk is too strong of a wallbreaker with boosted Bolt-Beam STAB. Please change the type combination or remove the boosting aspect of the ability.

Once again, I implore you to use the Fusion Tool in order to export fusions with the standard format. In that way, I can check stat additions a lot easier.

The typing makes this too strong of a wallbreaker. Please change the typing.

Punk Rock-boosted Torch Song is too strong of a wallbreaking tool. I would remove Punk Rock effects.

Sylvemoth's defensive typing lets it set up Quiver Dance very easily, and its offenses are backed by Pixilate Hyper Voice. Please remove all the added stats.
Frosmombee's already high offenses let it sweep after just one Quiver Dance. Please remove all the added stats.

big slate.

:magnezone::tatsugiri: - 252+ Atk Choice Band Turboblaze Lashiram Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Magnegiri: 350-412 (124.5 - 146.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

:celesteela::drifblim: - I don't like this guy at all. Brambleshao didn't need a counter and this thing is built to do exactly that. It might grow on me over time cause Flare Boost is cool, but there were cooler Flying types this slate.

:tentacruel::scizor: - Bad. Also why are we still adding Sneas counters.
:tentacruel::scizor-mega: - Better than base but still not great. Lots of utility but really hates Magnegiri, and generally doesn't seem worth it over other Steels like Frosgambit and Slither, but maybe I'll be proven wrong.

:golem-alola::flygon: - Not really sure I see what this mon is supposed to do. Pretty functional fat Ground but I expect it to be bad by the end of the mod.

:maractus::landorus-therian: - Speaking of fat Grounds, this one is quite a bit better but also completely unnecessary. This mon wasn't made with the meta in mind at all and it shows. Dogshit matchups into a bunch of high-profile offensive mons, a nasty U-Turn weakness, and generally mediocre stats all-around make this a weird add even if it technically functions in its role. To be fair to it, it will be much better once we add any offensive Electrics at all - which oh yeah btw, this hardwalls Golegon. Cool! edit: it also walls my baby until you tech Icy Wind. not cool!

:necrozma::nidoqueen: - Maw needed counters ig. Not super huge on this because I can see it being a nuisance, but hopefully a lack of recovery will hold it back.

:mr. mime::heatran: - My favorite winner. Solves the Eis problem pretty handily and also does well into Maw.

Looking forward to seeing how the meta looks with all the new additions. Please stop adding Sneas counters though please I beg also please actually look at the mons that get subbed instead of just voting for the 6 guys whose names you heard most often during the slate kthx

:magnezone::tatsugiri: - Surprisingly this would not be broken in ou, the only steel that hates it is tinkavish but other than that ou steel dodged a bullet. Can't say the same about uu steels lmao this is just bullying lashiram while its down. Other than that its offensive typing is quite nice and has a lot of utility to boot. Probably would have been s-tier without maractorus.

:celesteela::drifblim: - Average council mon, its kinda like tornadus-t in sv uu except it kills itself rather than being near inmortal, can vary between pivot, sweeper or just being annoying. Looks fun.

:tentacruel::scizor: - Yet another boring glue scizor fusion, its pretty much like the second coming of tentoxys-d so it really doesn't need much explaining about what it does.
:tentacruel::scizor-mega: - I had enough with druddizor-mega in ou, keep this thing away from here thank you.

:golem-alola::flygon: - Pretty fun electric. Unfortunately just like with sneasel-prime it has a counter added to the meta on the same slate it gets introduced in. Other than that mon it can be terrifying forteams to deal with one it gets some dds up, even packing a bit of coverage for Maractorus.
:geodude-alola::trapinch:- Gas in Ou, can't wait for a shit team in the next pmpl to use it and get 6-0'd.

:maractus::landorus-therian: - Somewhat funny, meta needed more grounds and having one inmune to waters is kinda nice considering how many we have. Other than that it does standard lando stuff. For some reason it really owns or annoys every other mon in this slate lmao.

:necrozma::nidoqueen: - I say we should be at least a bit weary of this thing. Necrozma is always a mon that pops up with the most bonkers sets inmaginable and this thing has even more variety to its movesets. Im sure someone will find some optimal meteor beam or ddance set rather than anything particularly defensive.

:mr. mime::heatran: - Very fun looking mon, the meta really wanted a decently bulky fire type and we got it. Can do pretty much anything from being a pivot to a good balance mon.

Slate's kinda weird but I like it.
