  1. Nov-Dec 7* Tera Raid: Water-type Samurott-H

Finally managed to find a mon that works very well against Hisiuan Samurott, and it's... ...Hisiuan Decidueye. In hindsight, maybe that should have been a bit more obvious lol. Here's the build I used: Use Feather Dance on T1 to negate Samurott's Swords Dance boost, then on turn 2...
  2. Nov-Dec 7* Tera Raid: Water-type Samurott-H

Taunt Miraidon doesn't work because it immediately starts out with Swords Dance. I have genuinely no idea how you're even supposed to beat this. I was considering Clear Smog Brute Bonnet but that also doesn't work because it has X-Scissor.
  3. Resource SV BSS Good Cores

Anything can work, but I'm currently running Specs Iron Bundle and Banded Scizor as the main late-game cleaners, and bulky Farigiraf to punish Glimmora leads and Annihilape
  4. Resource SV BSS Good Cores

Here's another bulky offense core that I've had some success with in BSS: Gliscor / Tera Water Item: Toxic Orb Ability: Poison Heal 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk Impish Nature Earthquake Dual Wingbeat Crabhammer Swords Dance Trading the usual utility-focused moveset for a more well-rounded...

I just realized that Intimidate doesn't actually lower the power of Wicked Blow or Surging Strikes, whoops :psytear:
  6. Project Let's discuss Pokemon that aren't allowed in BSS... YET!

What would be a good way to try to use Gliscor in BSS? In Smogon singles it has a lot of obvious utility but I feel that's lessened somewhat by it being a 3v3 format where hazards aren't nearly as useful or universal.

In advance of Regulation E, I've managed to put together an core that I think should work well against what I anticipate to be the new meta. Not sure if it'd be considered offensive or balanced, but here's what I have: Ninetales-Alolan / Tera Ice Item: Light Clay / Focus Sash Ability: Snow...

The Firagiraf set that I posted earlier in this thread is the most consistent check to Annihilape I've found. A physically bulky normal type that's neutral to Drain Punch is probably as good as you're going to get until Hisuian Zoroark is available.

I'm testing out Expert Belt Goodra as a specially defensive 'mon and it seems to be able to pretty reliably 2HKO Skeledirge with Surf. Farigiraf works really well as a lead, I've found. Farigiraf @ Sitrus Berry Ability: Cud Chew Tera Type: Fairy Bold Nature Evs: 252 HP / 60 SpA / 196 Def -...

What's the most reliable way to beat Unaware Skeledirge with Yawn? This thing is impossible to OHKO, impossible to switch into, and almost impossible to out-wall. I'm at a loss for ideas here.
  11. Resource Scarlet & Violet BSS Discussion

I've been experimenting with this Dragapult moveset for a bit and it's worked out surprisingly well: Dragapult @ Focus Sash Ability: Infiltrator Level: 50 Tera Type: Steel EVs: 116 Atk / 140 SpA / 252 Spe Naive Nature - Dragon Dance - Dragon Darts - Phantom Force - Fire Blast Normally...

How good would Outrage be on a Curse Dondozo set? Fissure is unreliable so I'd prefer a good secondary attack, and Water/Dragon seems like it would provide some very powerful neutral coverage — as far as I can tell Azumarill is the only Pokemon in the metagame that can really switch into both...
  13. Buffing Old Pokemon

With new generations, Game Freak has increasingly taken to giving old Pokemon a few new tricks to keep them up to date with the metagame. That said, there are still a few old favorites which have yet to truly shine, and I think there are a couple of ways that they could be improved a bit to keep...
  14. Next 7* raid: Cinderace Terafight!

I've been running this build as an offensive support mon for 6-star raids and it's been extremely successful so far: Slowking @ Light Clay Oblivious Relaxed Nature 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA -Reflect/Light Screen (swap out via Move Reminder as needed) -Nasty Plot -Heal Pulse -Future Sight Main...
  15. Resource SV Battle Stadium Singles Team Bazaar

Had to make a few tweaks to it here and there, but here's my team, which I recently reached Master Ball Rank with: Team ID: 6M8X87 Orthworm @ Leftovers Ability: Earth Eater Level: 50 Tera Type: Steel EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD IVs: 0 Spe Impish Nature - Coil - Body Press - Iron Tail - Metal...
