    Pelipper (M) @ Damp Rock Ability: Drizzle Shiny: Yes EVs: 248 HP / 36 Def / 224 SpD Bold Nature - Scald - U-turn - Defog - Hurricane Pelipper is pretty much mandatory on a rain team, and so is Damp Rock. Pelipper also provides the team with a slow U-turn to pivot safely. Hurricane can handle...
