I haven't had any of those and really stouts are the beer style I know least about. However, I've had other Sierra Nevada beers and all have been fantastic. Also, about #1, while I'm sure brewing with coffee gives a stout a stronger coffee flavor, the malt character in stouts is often likened to a coffee or a dark chocolate, and sometimes a caramel too. So brewing a coffee stout isn't so much adding a new flavor as enhancing the already present malt flavors.
