Potential WIP of a Japanese Macaque and a possible color scheme for the fire-platypus
This is my first WIP, Platypire. Water and Fire.....two opposites.....things that shouldn't belong together......a mishmash of sorts. Who represents and...
Pokemon: Umbreon and Sableye
Why these Pokemon?: These Pokemon formed and incredibly viable, yet not-so-common, defensive core in GenV; but now, with the introduction of Fairy types, these two now share a common weakness that they are incapable of overcoming. Sableye burns and taunts physical...

I personally thoroughly enjoyed each of these concepts, but the Hunting Beast spoke to me. So many times I've been pitted against a team sporting 1 particular pokemon that troubles me, often leading me to wish, "man, if i could just wipe out that 1 mon, this would be...
Hello Smogon, I haven't done an RMT in a while, as I have been messing around with a bunch of different teams and playstyles, but I found a team that I'm loving more and more as I use it, and wanted some help making it better. It's focused around a little firefly called Volbeat (almost made it a...
Overall this looks like a great team. I feel like I might have battled you on showdown at some point. Anyway, on with the rate!!! I feel like your cresselia seems...out of place. The lure of dual sceens is often not worth the momentum sucker that cresselia can be, not to mention yours is mad...
I might suggest HP fighting>thunderbolt on mismaggius. fighting and ghost get nearly perfect coverage, and otherwise you would get completely walled by things like umbreon and snorlax. also maybe consider a Life orb over Lefties; cuts down her longevity, but gives a really nice noticeable power...
Well, it really depends on if you want a special or physical wall, but I can list some of each:
Special: umbreon, snorlax, cresselia, zapdos, togekiss.
Physical: cofagrigus, rhyperior, sableye, gligar.
Hope it helps:)
I think Not Jacky brings up a good point about Volt Switch. It has great synnergy with rain, preserving those precious turns, as well as Leaf storm, allowing a momentum-sustaining switch after the stat drop. I think dropping HP Ice like Not Jacky suggested might be helpful, as things that HP Ice...
This looks like an astounding team! I wouldnt want to be this teams opponent:0 That being said, I feel the moves on Darm are a little odd, namely fire punch (which you already mentioned) and zen headbutt. I feel that he would benefite from the standard U-turn/Superpower set instead. Uturn helps...
With the exception of registeel (who IMO isnt that great of a wall), It looks like you have the ingredients of a decent hyper-offense team. You're only missing a few certain key elements: entry hazards, solid item choices, and maybe better mon choices (or maybe just focusing on what role each...
I'm diggin' the team big time. I've played a smashpass smeargle before too (I also ran magic coat XD), but ran into the problem that if smeargle failed (didint happen too often), my strategy went to hell. It looks like you've got a team of pokes that are still fine without the boost from shell...
I am ALL FOR using uncommon mons in the UU tier and I'm glad you attempted to do so, but the sad reality is that most of these mons are RU or NU for a reason. Another thing thats strange is that you literally only have 1 UU poke on a UU team, and you said it yourself... I feel like your trying...
Great looking team! I love the UU tier, but agree with you when you stated the metagame can get stale, and I love that you built this team around a totally anti-meta core! That being said, It looks like a Sheer Force Life Orb Nidoqueen could cause you some issues. They're immune to your only...
