I put Gyarados-M in B- and specifically mentioned its sub set. The sample set also ditches waterfall for substitute and runs max speed so I’m not really sure what you’re talking about.

protean gren in SM OU should be forced to be male, because female gren tells your opponent you aren't running protean. this would also apply to any other tier where this difference is relevant.

Perhaps this is the wrong place for this (if so please direct me to the correct place), but to my understanding it is currently impossible on cart to obtain a sub-level twenty Ogerpon. Obviously very very low priority but it shouldn’t be legal in the main tiers at the moment.
