Hey Smogon, From experienced team builders, how does one build a successful core? I don't know where to start with regards to building a core, so it's usually weak or dosen't have good enough synergy. Thanks.

I don't have extensive competitive experience, so don't quote me on anything. This team is really offensively oriented, but as you've pointed out it has a problem by having no resists, counters and having two weaknesses to Fairy which is really easy to exploit. Latias and Breloom are all weak...

Nah. Ferroseed dosen't swallow tails whole. Then again I don't get how Shellder does this shit either. With reference to all the game sprites it isn't at all spiky. It dosen't have that evil smile too.

Yeah, Audino could've been left with Healer as a signature ability of sorts but Regenerator for Slowbro was so darn obvious don't know why they didn't give it to him. And he got blessed with Shell Armour. Honestly he could've become pretty viable with Regen, but the only thing that can save it...

I'm pretty sure it wasn't an accident, but I'm not complaining. Mega Slowbro looks too adorable. Mega Audino's design seems pretty cliche and meh to me, I like what they did with the shellder, it's rather unique.
