Things I will do as Sprite Leader:
-Improve 3D model rip optimization
-Lead XY sprite project
-Implement CAP sprites, help/create CAP sprites
-Add icons for PS/Smogon
-Approve your fangame to use sprites from XY Sprite Project
-Find places that don't properly credit XY Sprites and murder the thieves

Things I will never do as Sprite Leader:
-Make new trainer sprites for PS
-Make you a custom trainer sprite: drivers+, staff, and sometimes people who donate to PS get this but this doesn't mean I will make it for you, sometimes I will pass critique if you are close to approval. If you don't know me well enough, don't ask me to make you a trainer sprite
-Approve custom trainer spirtes for Pokemon Showdown: I give advice but Zarel has final say, he is also picky because he has to waste time implementing them
-Edit the 3D models excessively: Typhlosion won't get flames
