These changes are what the meta needs to be more balanced. From what I am gathering RBY is a very delocate metagame to break, if Lapras in UU is anything to go by. So cutting back on the broken stuff is nice. Now what are we doing next?

Ok I made Tempest Suit Hearts effect basically Flying-type Giga Drain, and the Diamonds effect now works like Flying-type Pursuit as it can hit Pokemon when they switch out. I also nerfed its base power to 80 to make it more balanced to compesate.
