genesect/vic dont have a static encounter and arn't in the home lists I would not have high hopes

tbh, I dont feel like it will be, at most I expect maybe 1-2 of the new pokemon to be overtuned, none of the returning things sound particularly strong unless they decide to free some deoxys forms for whatever reason
