Both Pokemon are just slugging at each other, no regards for exhaustion. Scorbunny is pathetically unable to resist Psychic's secondary effect. Poor guy. Thanks to those SpD drops, he's just barely in KO range from another Psychic. Not a lucky day for him overall.

Both Pokemon using the same move repeatedly really exhausted the two of them- both of them won't last much longer.

Ralts's Blaze and Calm Mind have worn off, in addition.

Ralts tries deseperately to let loose a powerful psychic storm... but is just too tired. Combinations have a base Energy cost; you have to have enough energy to be able to use the moves one after another. Because of cumulative energy costs, Psychic took too much energy to preform twice more. And when you use all of your energy... A combination was needed to hit the Bounce, which was the right play, this particular one just didn't work out.
