Atomic Bomb (Bunnelby) @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
Level: 5
EVs: 228 Atk / 52 Def / 220 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Return
- Thief / Iron Head / Stone Edge
- Quick Attack
- Earthquake

Do you want something that breaks through anything, well this is your set. I know this set is more common than the others, but I find that Bunnelby has so many great coverage options, I find Thief is a bit better because it handles Pumpkaboo, but Iron Head can also be ran to nail a 50% chance to OHKO on Eviochen. Although, most of the click Return and Sweep. This pairs very well with Tailwind, or SW. Really it is a fucking nuke, like a fucking nuke. This set nails KOs on Mienfoo, Timburr, Berry Juice Archen (With Rocks with Return), I could state more, but really, this thing just OHKOes a tonne. Bunnelby with a little speed boost is a pain to deal with because it breaks Stall, and Offence hates a Quick Attack that equals power with a Fletchling's unboosted Acrobatics.

Edit : My set was too similar to Sken's set, so I changed.

With Facade, Bunnelby becomes a fantastic lure to status, some calcs :

228+ Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Facade (140 BP) vs. 0 HP / 236 Def Eviolite Ponyta: 19-24 (90.4 - 114.2%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO

Wow.

I think this is honestly so cute and potent.

v straightforward, unfortunately it doesn't hit another famous will-o-wisper, pumpkaboo, but it still well reams some Scald-users and other WoW-users after an SD boost. pretty fun to use so far in my experience. make this famous, all your kids will talk about Mienfacade/Facadefoo.

Jolly/Adamant Nature

A set that is fun to toy around with from time to time, and a set that appreciates rocks support. To get it to work you 1. Send it out against a pokemon that doesn't want to stay in against mienfoo. 2. SD on the switch. 3. Use Endure so you live at 1 HP, and so the Salac berry activates. 4. Reversal spam.
If you run Jolly, you hit 34 speed, and if you're adamant, you hit 32 speed, plus a 150 bp stab move hits a lot of walls very hard as a late game cleaner!

Mienfoo @ Berry Juice
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 36 SDef / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Acrobatics

Sub BJ foo is a really sympathic set in the current metagame. Foo is working here in order to weaken and to lure some usual counters, as Foongus, Cottonee and Croagunk, in order to spam HJK later or just for shell smasher as Omanyte and things that share the counter with foo, as Snivy. Knock Off cripples switch-ins and Substitute avoids Foongus's spore, Larvesta's will-o-wisp and some others things. Substitute + Regenerator makes foo a pain for your opponent.

Not the most innovative set but still manly as fuck. Spritzee can only switch into hjk once and is cleanly 2hkoed if its evio is gone (very likely).

Ivs: 0 Spe

- Swords Dance / Calm Mind / Knock Off

This set is p cool, it gets away from a full attacking set in order to support other Pokemon! The EVS are meant to hit a bulky spread of 24 / 14 / 12, with leftover EVs in Attack to bump it to 16. This ensures that Mienfoo will not just be weak set up bait. 24 HP ensures 6 HP subs, and regenerating 8 health every time it switches out! It is meant to bluff something like a Choice Scarf HJK and while they switch out you sub. You can then either Swords Dance or other boosting move and pass to your sweeper, or you can just pass to your sweeper with the sub up as that will allow you to get threats like Cranidos or LO Abra in safely. A Relaxed nature with minimum Speed IVs lets it hit 9 Speed iirc, allowing you to underspeed most anything and safely baton pass to a teammate. If you feel that mono-Fighting coverage is not enough and that fitting both Sub and Swords Dance on the same set is too much, Knock Off could also be used!

This is the best Mienfoo set I've ever used on my Webs team, and is in my opinion one of the best ones to use overall. This Mienfoo is super bulky, letting it take on a +2 Pawniard with no sweat. This Foo also does well as a lure for the Flying-type Pokemon immune to Webs, as it can take out stuff like Archen and Fletchling as long as Stone Edge hits. Feint is a move I have found incredibly useful on Mienfoo, and especially on Webs, for many reasons: it can revenge kill Sturdy mons such as Magnemite and Tirtouga, can break Abra's Sash, and can pick of Fletchling at ~20%. This is just a good Mienfoo, and I've never found U-turn that necessary anyways, especially on Webs, where it is not going to be very slow, relatively.
