I don't think any organic creature without ranged weaponry and armor can counter the xenomorph's acid blood.

yeah, but the raptors wouldn't do enough damage since they hurt themselves more by attacking, and are smart enough to stop.
probably two die from having their limbs and head burnt off painfully, one is caught of guard by the xenomorph's offense, and the last escapes injured.
